Megan Fox made a surprise appearance at the 2010 VH1 Do Something! Awards last week at the Hollywood Palladium. The newly married actress wore an elegant Azzedine Alaia dress, Brian Atwood shoes, Christian Louboutin clutch & earrings and a big ring from Neil Lane. Fox was a presenter that introduced one of the five finalists of the evening.
