Will Megan Fox be in Transformers 3? March 22, 2009 Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen is not due to hit theaters until June 24th, 2009 but that won’t stop Paramount from announcing the release date for Transformers 3. The studio announced that it is scheduled to be released on July 1st, 2011. What makes the announcement a little peculiar is that the franchise’s director, Michael Bay, and stars, Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox, have yet to be signed to a deal.
